Can I see a proof before my order is printed?

Specialty or custom orders may take 5–7 days. Once your order is printed, we ship using reliable courier services, and delivery times vary by location. Local deliveries may arrive within 1–2 days after dispatch, while nationwide or international orders can take 3–7 business days. During checkout, you'll see an estimated delivery date based on your selections. We also offer expedited printing and shipping options if you're in a hurry.

What file formats do you accept for artwork uploads?

We accept a variety of file formats to ensure your print comes out exactly how you envision it. Preferred formats include PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution JPEG or PNG files. If you're submitting a PDF, make sure it's saved in CMYK color mode with at least 300 DPI resolution, and includes proper bleed (usually 0.125 inches) and crop marks. Can I reorder a previous print job easily?

What is your policy if I receive a misprint or damaged order?
